Who are we?

Our website address is: https://www.nutraskills.com/en/

Comments

When you leave a comment on our site, the data entered in the comment form, along with your IP address and your browser’s user agent, are collected to help us detect unwanted comments.

An anonymized chain created from your email address (also known as a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to verify whether you are using the latter. The privacy clauses for the Gravatar service are available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/ Once your comment has been validated, your profile photo will be publicly visible alongside your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the site, we recommend that you avoid uploading images containing EXIF data for GPS coordinates. The people visiting your site can download and extract location data from these images.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you will be asked whether you want to save your name, email address and website in cookies. This is purely for your convenience so that you do not have to enter this information if you leave another comment at a later date. These cookies expire after one year.

If you visit the login page, a temporary cookie will be created to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. It does not contain any personal data and will be automatically deleted when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will set up a certain number of cookies to record your login information and your screen preferences. Login cookies expire after two days, and screen option cookies after one year. If you check “Remember me”, your login cookie will be saved for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookie will be deleted.

An additional cookie will be saved in your browser if you edit or publish a post. This cookie does not contain any personal information. It simply shows the ID for the post you have just edited. It expires after one day.

Content loaded from other sites

Articles from this site may include embedded content (for example, videos, images, articles, etc.). The content embedded from other sites behaves in the same way as if the visitor were on this other site.

These websites could collect data about you, use cookies, load third-party tracking tools, track your interactions with this loaded content if you have a login account on their website.

Using and sending your personal data

If you request that your password is reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

Data storage periods

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are stored indefinitely. This enables follow-up comments to be recognized and automatically approved instead of them being left in the moderation queue.

For accounts that sign up on our site (if applicable), we also store the personal data presented in their profile. All accounts can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception of their username). Site managers can also view and edit this information.

Your rights regarding your data

If you have an account or if you have left comments on the site, you can request to receive a file containing all the personal data we hold about you, including the data you have provided us with. You can also request that the personal data concerning you be deleted. This does not take into account the data stored for administrative, legal or security purposes.

Transfer of your personal data

Comments from visitors can be verified using an automated service that detects unwanted comments.
